    Gentle Yoga(Beginner) is a good place to start if you are limited in movement due to illness or stiffness , new to the practice, pregnant , seeking stress reduction or weight management, gentle yoga This softer slower paced practice concentrates on moving into poses gradually and is highly individualized for each client.

  • Monday - 7:30 - 8:30 PM Candlelit Yin Yoga

    This is an all-levels, quiet and contemplative class to help you relax and prepare for the week ahead. Beginning with a gentle flow, followed by some restorative postures using props and ending with a peaceful, extended Shavasana. Each week offering a new "theme" and bits of healing wisdom, you can expect soothing music, lit candles, essential oils, and slow intentional movement.

    Start your morning off right with a gentle dynamic flow. This is a great place to begin or continue your yoga practice. Linking breath with movement, you can expect soft inspiring music and peaceful offerings as you transition through a series of strengthening and lengthening poses, ending with deep relaxation.
